With this belief, my mantras have been perseverance, dedication, passion in my personal and professional life. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to try out many programming languages, from Assembly level coding to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) languages like SAP ABAP to cutting-edge technologies such as Ruby and Ruby on Rails. My career in the IT-World began with Accenture where I primarily worked on the SAP domain and spent my free time learning and exploring Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning.

  • SAP idoc Jobs Scheduling and Monitoring: Background jobs are jobs in the SAP system that run in the background without affecting the normal operations in the system. Background jobs are used to reduce the manual effort and to automate the process. Created and monitored various SAP Jobs for automating the Delivery, Shipment and Invoice idocs

  • Real Time Ticket Monitoring: Worked on Service Now in real Time ticket monitoring and solving L1/L2/L3 tickets in the given SLA for the idoc processing.

  • SHPMNT idoc generation: Designed and developed an SAP Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) to generate large number of SHPMNT idocs from the given INVOIC idocs.

  • Creation and management of various Change Requests: Developed various Change Request as requested by the customer on the Service now platform to modify the given code in the idocs and implemented on the customer system.

  • Worked on migration of idoc tickets from Service now to Jira: Worked with the team of 4 to develop a tool to migrate the idoc tickets from Service now to Jira.

  • NBN Internet Networking: Developed a software for the NBN(National Broadband Network) an Australian national wholesale open-access data network to deploy the connections to the houses and to increase the network security.

  • SAP BAPI for Department of Justice, Australia: Developed a BAPI for DOJ, Australia and worked on generating various large scale Invoices using SAP ABAP.

  • Monitoring SAP Background Jobs: Monitored various SAP Background Jobs on the client development system, rectified the Job errors and added the jobs in the production system.
